At seedandplant we ensure you get the right product on time with possible lesser cost. We keep India Post and Private Couriers as option for your order(s) delivery based on your choice. 

  1. Free delivery on order above Rs. 499.99
  2. We ship out 99% of the orders within one business day.If orders are received before noon, it will be probably shipped same day.But we don't guarantee that will be shipped as fast mentioned for all orders. Some shipment may get delayed by 2 to 3 days in some unavoidable but rare circumstances. 
  3. Once you place order, you will receive an email confirmation regarding details of your order(s). You will also receive another email when we ship your order carrying the order tracking code. You can check your order status in "Account" section after login on seedandplant.com. 
  4. Normally order(s) reaches you in 7-8 days after shipment. 
  5. No Delivery over Sunday or National Holidays.
  6. No Shipping outside India.

Details of our delivery service

Online Ordering and Email Confirmation
Products purchased through the seedandplant.com website will be delivered to a physical address of your choice, which must be selected during the online ordering before payment online.  As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Your address after order can’t be changed or altered and only to selected address at the time of checkout.

Payment

seedandplant.com use razorpay a secured payment channel for your online security. All major credit, debit cards and wallets are accepted.

Product Delivery
Deliveries will be by Courier Company or India post. Delivery will commence between 8:00am to 8:00pm in weekdays. You may need to sign to confirm the valid identification number.

If you are not available to collect the order at your ordered address, delivery company on seedandplant.com behalf may arrange more 1 or 2 more attempt. Even if you are not able to deliver the product to you then they may call you to pick up your order from their office address.

Even after that if your product delivery  is not successful then we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund to you the money already paid to seedandplant.com, less seed and plant’s reasonable administration charges including the cost incurred by us for repeatedly attempting to deliver your order and for arranging for the return of your order

seedandplant.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Delivery Times

Usually between 7-8 business days but can vary as per your location and accessibility. Or due to unforeseen reasons it may get delayed. In any case we do not guarantee the delivery frame though our commitment is to deliver in stipulated time.

Delivery Costs

We have placed the cost for the delivery as flat Rs. 77.0 for Private Courier delivery and Rs. 49.0 for India Post shipping. You can chose either of the mode for delivery. This amount is billed at the time of your order completion. Also we do not have cash on delivery facility now. If you prefer you can withdraw the order before checkout is the only option available.However product can be returned as per Refund Policy. 

Our Liability

For wrong information you filled at the time of checkout we will not be responsible. However if you intimate with “contact us along with email to “contact@seedandplant.com” if not shipped by us to modify it. If your address is not clear we will call you to confirm, if not reachable we will cancel your order .The order may not be possible at some location for that we will inform you and cancel your order.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your ordered products are delivered within 7-8 business days. While seedandplant.com will try to ensure a smooth delivery process, in the event that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time frames, you accept and agree that seedandplant.com will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery of your order. You further acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond the control of seedandplant.com, such as adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or an inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies.

If there is difference or conflict in Delivery policy and term and condition then, Terms and condition is considered final on website, product or content.
